General created a can of 90 years of the Tour of Portugal in Bicycle, which was held for the first time in 1927. The illustration of this theme can portray some of the most emblematic stages of the Tour of Portugal, such as the ascent to the Serra da Estrela or the Shrine of the Lady of Grace.
