- Drain the tuna and toss it open. Drain the beans and mix with the tuna. Chop the egg whites roughly and discard the egg yolks in a hammer.
- Chop onion and garlic and coriander sauce. Prepare the sauce by pounding the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and drizzling the bean. Mix the chopped egg whites and the olives.
- Garnish with grated egg yolks, onion and chopped garlic. Finally sprinkle with chopped coriander.
