6 eggs

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

salt and pepper

2 tablespoons butter

  1. Drain the tuna and undo it with a fork. Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
  2. Bring to a boil over a frying pan with the butter until melted. Lay the eggs and when they begin to lay the tuna.
  3. Fold the omelette until it is in a slightly brown and soft roll on the inside. Serve with a salad of the season.
