6 medium sized potatoes

2 green peppers

2 red peppers

1 large onion

1 coriander sauce

1 glass of white wine

salt and pickles

  1. Drain the cod from the cans and enjoy the olive oil and the garlic by tossing them in a pan with the split piripiris, the onion cut into half moons, the potatoes cut into slices, the peppers cut into strips, half the coriander sauce and salt.
  2. Bring to the boil and cook until the onion begins to brown. Add the white wine and boil until the potatoes are cooked; if necessary, sip water.
  3. Add the cod as completely as possible without stirring it so as not to undo it and serve this dish very hot and sprinkled with the remaining coriander chopped and garnished with pickles.
